These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SponsorMatch platform, an AI-powered sports sponsorship marketplace that connects rights holders (clubs, associations, events and athletes) with brands. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
01 Eligibility & accounts
You must be authorised to act on behalf of the organisation you represent. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may verify the identity and status of clubs, athletes and brands before granting full marketplace access.
02 Using the marketplace
SponsorMatch provides matching, discovery, proposal and deal-management tools. You agree to use the platform only for legitimate sponsorship activity and to provide accurate information about your organisation, audience and inventory. AI-generated match scores and estimates are decision-support tools, not guarantees of outcome.
03 Deals, contracts & payments
- Agreements reached in the Deal Room are between the brand and the rights holder.
- Where SponsorMatch facilitates payment, a single sponsor payment may be split between the rights holder and the platform in line with the agreed platform fee.
- Payouts to rights holders are processed through our payment provider once a payment succeeds.
- Invoices and signature records are made available to both parties for each transaction.
04 Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt to circumvent verification or payment controls, upload unlawful content, or use another party's data without authorisation. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or put other users at risk.
05 Intellectual property
SponsorMatch and its branding, software and content are owned by Sponsormatch Ltd. You retain ownership of the content you submit but grant us a licence to use it as needed to operate the platform and present your profile to potential partners.
06 Liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, SponsorMatch is not liable for the commercial performance of any sponsorship, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
07 Changes & contact
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated in-platform. Questions about these Terms can be raised through your Concierge support thread or at hello@sponsormatch.com.
