- Public social data — follower and engagement figures looked up from official public profiles to power matching.
- Deal & payment data — proposals, contracts, invoices and payout details processed via our payment provider.
- Usage data — how you interact with the platform, for security and improvement.
02 How we use your data
We use your information to run the marketplace: to power AI matching, present your profile to relevant partners, process deals and payments, verify organisations, provide support, and keep the platform secure. Social figures used in matching are sourced from public information and labelled by provenance.
03 Sharing
Your public profile is visible to other verified users so partnerships can form. We share data with trusted service providers (e.g. payment processing) only as needed to operate the platform, and with authorities where legally required. We do not sell your personal data.
04 Payments
Payment and payout details are handled by our payment provider under their own security standards. SponsorMatch stores transaction records (amounts, split, invoice numbers) but does not store full card details on its servers.
05 Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your account data, and object to certain processing. Rights holders can edit their bank/payout details at any time. Contact us to exercise your rights.
